CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Booked rooms are held for 24 hours from the scheduled check-in date. After this period, the booking will be treated as a no-show and cancelled. No refunds apply for no-shows.
The Front Desk can store guest luggage before check-in and after check-out.
All guests and visitors are required to present a valid passport or ID card upon check-in for security reasons.
Guests must not engage in illegal, unsafe, or antisocial behavior anywhere on the property, including but not limited to excessive drinking, parties, drug use, or gambling.
Love Rawai Hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings unless they were securely stored in the in-room safe or officially deposited with the Front Desk.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
A refundable security deposit is required upon arrival to cover incidental charges:
The security deposit is refundable upon check-out, subject to inspection of the accommodation and deduction of any damages, losses, or extra charges incurred during the stay.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves or accompanying persons.
Love Rawai Hotel reserves the right to deduct appropriate amounts from the security deposit to cover repair, replacement, or additional cleaning costs.
ROOM OCCUPANCY & EXTRA BEDS
Room occupancy limits are defined per room category and must be respected.
Children Policy:
Maximum one extra bed per room.
Maximum one baby crib per room, subject to availability at check-in.
Any exceptions must be agreed with the Reservation Department in advance.
Extra person charges include breakfast only if breakfast is included in the original booking.
COOKING POLICY
All rooms are equipped with a kitchenette intended for light meal preparation only.

Guests must use the kitchen hood when cooking.
Important:
Strong food odors may require deep cleaning. A cleaning fee of 2,000 THB may be charged if necessary.
FIRE SAFETY & SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and indoor areas. A 5,000 THB smoke-cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Candles, incense, essential oil diffusers, and similar items are not permitted and may be treated as a smoking violation.
PETS POLICY
Pets are not allowed on the property.
GUEST BEHAVIOR
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and comply with hotel policies, staff instructions, and safety regulations. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service or cancellation of the stay without refund.
NO-SHOW & EARLY DEPARTURE
Guests who fail to arrive or depart earlier than planned will be charged in accordance with the booked rate and cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Love Rawai Hotel is responsible for providing accommodation and services as confirmed in the booking. The hotel is not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond its control.
All activities involve inherent risks, and guests participate at their own responsibility.
FORCE MAJEURE
Love Rawai Hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, power outages, or government restrictions.
CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Love Rawai Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the website shall apply.

- Extra child (7–11.99 years): 1,000 THB per night (extra bed)
- Extra adult (12 years and above): 1,500 THB per night (extra bed)
